contest winner

Last month I ran a little contest on Facebook to see who could refer the most friends to like my page. Unfortunately, shortly into the contest I realized Facebook had some rules that prohibit contests to gain fans. Although many many many pages still practice this, I decided to be safe I would end the contest, but still honor the person who brought the most "likes" to my page!

Caryl chose to have her four children photographed in Lititz, PA. They were troopers in the heat and we had a great time playing on the train, the railroad tracks, and in the creek.

Caryl's prize package included the one-hour session plus prints--a value of $100! Stay tuned here on the blog for the next contest.

Spring

The Mother's Day photos are finished and the disc will be heading to Lancaster Newspapers tomorrow! Final count: 26 sessions! With this winter being the weirdest and warmest on record here in PA, we only froze on couple of the outdoor sessions. Sunday's weather was absolutely fabulous for the last day of shooting at Lititz Springs Park.

In between all the mother's day shoots I was able to capture a few of my girls at Long's Park in Lancaster while they played and watched the ducks.

costume time!

My youngest daughter loves her pony costumes. We already had a bay pony (used to be the next daughter's) and found the white pony at a consignment store. Natalie carries it around like a stuffed animal when she isn't wearing it! So of course she had to be a pony for Halloween, and big sis, the rider.

new do!

Olivia had a haircut appointment today and decided to chop it all off!
So the new "do" necessitated a new photoshoot!

She loves it feeling lighter, and tossing when she turns her head!

Top Chef

Yesterday the girls were at their friend Lila's 6th birthday party held at the Young Chef's Academy. Here are a few shots from the day.

at the park

Finally we had some nice weather! Well, at least for one afternoon! The kids enjoyed some time at Lititz Springs Park, feeding the ducks and playing on the playground.
